Description
If you are deficient in magnesium and its level is low at the cellular level in your body, applying Be Natur magnesium to your skin results in rapid absorption which can cause a burning sensation.
This is a completely normal reaction, not an allergic reaction. As the level of magnesium will increase during the daily use of Be Natura, the burning sensation will decrease and disappear over time. If the burning sensation is too strong for you, we recommend dividing the daily dose into smaller amounts of spray several times a day on individual areas or on the whole body in accordance with the recommendations on daily intake.
You cannot overdose on Be Natur when using it on the skin. Increased intake of magnesium cannot cause toxic symptoms because the body eliminates excess amounts, unless there are serious problems with kidney function.

Hello! For about two years, my immediate and extended family have been using Be Natur Mg, and every month we discover new benefits from its application!
Initially, we used it to spray on painful areas of the body for sciatica and arthritis. After a maximum of three days of use, we’d feel relief (the pain would disappear) and experience better joint mobility.

We started using magnesium when our little girl had surgery on her arm and had a TEN put in because she had broken the same spot twice. We’ve been using it for half a year now, and I believe it’s helping her bone heal and strengthen.
