We started using magnesium when our little girl had surgery on her arm and had a TEN put in because she had broken the same spot twice. We’ve been using it for half a year now, and I believe it’s helping her bone heal and strengthen. We got a large amount of magnesium, so I also started rubbing it on my head for headaches, and on my shoulders and neck for stiffness, and for the stinging and pain I’d gotten from multiple pregnancies and breastfeeding each child. The headaches completely disappeared with regular use! After my last delivery, I had mastitis six times in half a year, and now I’m going through my seventh bout.
