When entering the Be Natur Zagreb online store page, you will see clear and concise categories that will allow you to make a comfortable and easy purchase.
When buying on the Be Natur Internet store, you can register by clicking on " Register " and fill out the form. There, among other things, you will notice that you can specify different billing and delivery addresses. In this way, we deliver the purchased goods to one address, and send the invoice to another. If you have already shopped at the Be Natur Internet store, all you have to do is enter your username and password and start shopping.
You can also make a purchase as a guest without registration.
You make a purchase by clicking on the cart with the selected product, which will then appear in your cart. If you want to see what you have in your cart, just click on it.
Payment can be made by bank transfer (payment order), cash on delivery (cash upon receipt of goods) if you are a natural person or by card payment once and in installments.
When you click " Order ", a page with your information will appear where you choose the method of payment and you have the opportunity to change your information.

These conditions define the procedure of registration, ordering, payment, delivery and reclamation of products offered in our online store.

We especially note that the purchase of the Product in the name and on behalf of a minor or completely incapable person can be requested only by his legal representatives, or partially able-bodied persons can request the purchase of the Product only with the consent of their legal representative.

Seller reserves the right to change the terms of purchase of this website at any time, and will not be liable for any possible consequences arising from such changes.
The seller reserves the right to change these prices without prior notice.


Registration / Electronic order form

When ordering a product for the first time via an electronic form, it is necessary to register on the website (username and password)
By choosing your username and password, and entering the required data, you become our registered user.
After successful registration, you will receive an e-mail with your registration details. Use them with every next purchase in the Be Natur online store. This way you can easily shop and keep track of all your orders as well as news about new products or promotions.
If you have forgotten your password, re-enter your email address and request a password and you will soon receive an email with a new password.

According to the data protection law, within your user profile you can at any time request the "Anonymization" of your data and / or request that we pass on all the data we collect in connection with your user profile.

Order procedure

Products are ordered in electronic form, by selecting a specific product and storing it in the cart.
If the product is not currently available, you can contact us by e-mail or phone.
Once you have selected the desired products, we guide you through the cart to the order, in which you enter the billing information and delivery address of the ordered products.
Fill in all required fields on the electronic order form:

  • customer's address / delivery address: company name, name and surname, address, contact e-mail and telephone;
  • method of payment:
    • payment by bank transfer / internet banking / transfer order - if you decide for this type of payment at the end of the order process you will receive a written offer and all the information needed to pay to your E-mail
    • cash on delivery / you pay in cash upon delivery
    • card payment:
      • one-time payment: Maestro, MasterCard, VISA, Diners, Discover and DinaCard
      • installment payment: VISA Inspire, Visa Premium and Maestro cards, MasterCard, Diners, Discover DinaCard (from 2 to 12 installments)

The product is considered ordered when the customer selects and confirms the payment method and clicks on the buy / order button (with the exact amount).
After receiving the order, you will receive a return e-mail confirmation of the successful purchase. If you have decided to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an offer and all the necessary information on the basis of which you can make a payment.



Prices are expressed in kunas (HRK), include VAT, valid for all methods of payment at the time of purchase.



There are three possible payment methods

  • virmanom
    • transfer order - if you decide for this type of payment at the end of the order process you will receive a written offer and all the information needed to pay to your e-mail
  • cash on delivery
    • you pay for the goods in cash upon delivery
  • with a PBZ card, Erste Card Club or Zagrebačka banka
    • one-time payment: Maestro, MasterCard, VISA, Diners, Discover and DinaCard
    • payment in 2-12 installments: VISA Inspire, Visa Premium and Maestro card of PBZ bank
    • payment in 12 installments: Diners, Maestro and Visa (MB +) Erste Bank card * the minimum amount for installment payment with Erste Bank Maestro and Visa cards is HRK 200.00
    • payment in 2-12 installments: MasterCard and Maestro of Zagrebačka banka

All prices are expressed in kunas (kn) and contain the corresponding VAT rate.
For delivery in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, we charge postage in the amounts shown with each product with a real-time delivery fee calculator.
Goods can be purchased only in the Republic of Croatia. Delivery of goods outside the territory of the Republic of Croatia on request.



After receiving the confirmation of payment (in the case of payment by bank transfer), the seller undertakes to deliver the ordered shipment within 7 (seven) working days if the ordered goods are in stock.

In the case of cash on delivery, the Seller undertakes to deliver the shipment to the buyer within 7 (seven) working days from the date of the order if the ordered goods are in stock. When paying by cash on delivery, it is only possible to pay in cash.

In the case of payment by card, the Seller undertakes to deliver the shipment to the buyer within 7 (seven) working days from the date of the order if the ordered goods are in stock.

Depending on the delivery address, the products are shipped by own delivery or Overseas express.

The products will be packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged by the usual manipulation in postal traffic. When taking over, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately advertise it, ie refuse to pick up the shipment on which external damage is visible.

The goods are insured against loss in delivery, and if the buyer does not receive the ordered product, or delivery notice, within the expected time (maximum 7 working days), he has the right to inform the seller to take action to find the shipment or to send.



The warranty is valid within the deadlines set by applicable regulations, from the date of delivery of the goods, and in order to exercise the right to warranty, an original invoice is required as proof of purchase. The warranty period and everything that the warranty covers in relation to a product is listed with each product. The buyer is obliged to notify Be Natur doo of the existence of visible defects within 2 months from the date of discovery of the defect and no later than 2 years from the transfer of risk to customers.


Customer complaints

In accordance with Art. 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Seller allows all Buyers to send their complaints by mail to the address of the Seller Bilijun Partner doo; Petrovaradinska 1c, 10000 Zagreb, or by e-mail to the Seller's e-mail address and the Seller will notify the Buyer of the complaint received. The Seller will respond to all remarks and objections no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the objection. In order for the Seller to acknowledge receipt of the written complaint in accordance with Article 10, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, and then respond to it, the Buyer must provide accurate information for the receipt of the same.
